Results of the 1st round of the 2023 Weightlifting Interclubs and 2022 LFPH Awards

The Brussels Weightlifting School club may not have enough space to organise a big competition in house, but that doesn't stop us! So we organised this 1st round of the Weightlifting Intercubs at CrossFit Nivelles and it was a very busy day, with 6 plateaus and lots of BWS athletes participating.

There we go for the recap of the first round of interclubs !

here were many PRs and promising lifts for this start of the season:

Erik set all new competition records and qualified for the senior nationals
Philippe set all new competition PRs as well, adding 5kg to his total
It was a first competition for our youngest lifter Louis. He lifted a new snatch PR and came one pressout away from a new CJ PR
@lift.n.stretch set a new competition snatch PR
Thomas added another two kg on his total and came super close to qualifying for masters worlds
